Salesforce’s “Leading Through Change” Show Launches Special “Dreamforce Edition” Series

Dreamforce is our biggest event of the year and this year – instead of our community coming to Dreamforce – we are bringing Dreamforce to everyone. With a celebratory keynote, a weeklong learning event, and personalized meetings, this year’s Dreamforce will be a chance to come together virtually, share stories from this challenging year, and celebrate companies who are succeeding in our new, work-from-anywhere world. It is in that spirit that today we launch our special “Leading Through Change” Dreamforce series.

During November and December, we’ll be supercharging our weekly “Leading Through Change” shows as we build up to Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff’s keynote and DreamTX next month.

The first two episodes of the series aired last month, and looks at how Hilti moved quickly in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis to accelerate its global roll out of the Salesforce CRM, and how Cisco embarked on a digital transformation to enhance their customer experience.

For the next month, we will bring our audience two shows every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Here are some highlights for upcoming episodes:

Tuesday Dec. 8 – Truist’s Sherry Graziano, SVP, Head of Mortgage Omni Experience, on using automation to provide a seamless customer experience
Wednesday Dec. 9 – Fanatics Jonathan Wilbur, Sr. Director, Global B2C CRM Technology & Operations,
Thursday Dec. 10 – Fisher & Paykel on workforce engagement

This has been a year like no other, and will be a Dreamforce like no other. And now, a series of “Leading Through Change” shows will bring our community some of the best thought leaders and industry movers, to help shape a better future for all.
